Default device setting upon entry - Authority of camera and microphone

When participants enter, their camera and microphone authorities can be restricted

(choose if they will be turned on or off when the participants enter the room).

However, the settings of those who are already in the room do not change. Also, the settings of users who have records of at least one entry in the past do not change as well.
